1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must immediately notify bf69 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. bf69 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the bf69 platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using different names, is strictly prohibited. bf69 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate any winnings obtained through such Accounts.

2.4 Account Verification

bf69 may require additional verification of your identity, age, payment methods, and residential address at any time. You agree to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Legal Capacity

3.3 Jurisdiction

3.4 Prohibited Persons

You may not use bf69 Services if you are:

4.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to bf69 is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.4 Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that gaming should be conducted for entertainment purposes only. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means. bf69 provides responsible gaming tools, and you are encouraged to utilize deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion features if needed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000) unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name.
• Your Account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours for e-wallet methods and twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• bf69 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bf69, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of bf69 Services, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding bf69 Services, you must first contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days.

11.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution

If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through the above processes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bf69 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your Account. Accounts with outstanding bonus obligations or unresolved disputes may not be closed until such matters are resolved.

12.2 Termination by bf69

bf69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to provide requested verification documents.
• Your Account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, bf69 may confiscate any funds obtained through violations of these Terms. Legitimate balances will be returned to you, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and verification requirements.
